Engine 1811 responded to 415 Tioga Street with Station 2 for a dwelling fire.  The complainant stated she was walking past the house, could hear a smoke detector sounding, and saw smoke from the dwelling.

Attack 1871 responded to the 1000 blk Howertown Rd for a reported cardiac arrest with NREMS Medics 7584 and 7585.  Upon arrival, the patient was not in arrest but required emergency medical attention.  Attack 1871 personnel provided assistance to the paramedics.

The dog that chased the cat into the window screen was causing problems again.  This time, neighbors reported the dog went out the window and was harassing neighbors from the porch roof.  Similar to last time, no one was home at the address.  North Catasauqua Police responded and requested assistance from the Fire Department for a ground ladder.  

Engine 1811 responded to 1115 Railroad St and prior to arrival, the dog had reentered the house through the open window.  Firefighters laddered the front porch roof and closed the window without incident.  Personnel cleared the scene within 10 minutes.

Station 18 was contacted by the North Catasauqua Police Department for assistance in a search this afternoon.

Lehigh County 911 Communications received a 911 open line and heard some breathing and then the call disconnected.  Calling the number back, 911 Dispatchers received the voicemail for the number.  The Communications Center determined the call came from the area between the Lehigh River and 1344 Third St in the North Catasauqua and dispatched the North Catasauqua Police to investigate.  The Officer found a vehicle parked under the Hokey Bridge and no one around.  Fearing a medical emergency or rescue situation, the Fire Department was requested to assist in the search.

Attack 1871 responded with Medic 7582 for an unconscious person in the 1200 block of Third St.  Personnel assisted the Paramedics with patient care.
